# Request — "before / after" email examples

To collect, per department, real pairs: the first draft and the version Roma sent
after her pass. Used as examples + test cases when writing each team's prompt.

Departments: Sales, Quotation, Design, Logistics, Accounting, After-sales.
Aim for 3–5 pairs each. Replace real names, order numbers and prices with
placeholders like `[client name]` or `[order #]`.

## The email

**Subject:** Can you send me a few of your "before / after" emails?

Hi everyone,

I'm putting together a small tool to help us write client emails a bit faster. It
just gives you a first draft to fix up, nothing more. For it to sound like us, it
needs to see how we actually write.

The best thing for that is what Roma already does when she reads our emails before
they go out: the first draft, and the cleaner version she sends back. If you've kept
any of those, that's exactly what I need.

If you can, send me 3 to 5 examples from your own emails, each as a pair:

1. The first draft, as you originally wrote it.
2. The version that went out after Roma's pass.

Pick ones typical of what you send most often. Before sending them, please swap any
real name, order number or price for a placeholder like `[client name]`.

Thanks!
