title: ADVMFR Knowledge Base
description: Internal documentation, one tab per department.
---

Everything the company writes down lives here: how things work, how to run them,
and what happened when they broke.

## How this is organised

Each department owns a tab at the top of the sidebar. Opening a tab hides every
other department, so the sidebar only ever shows what you came for.

Inside a department, pages are grouped by what you need from them:

- **Guides**: a task to carry out, written for a named reader.
- **Tools**: where a function lives, what question it answers, and the traps it sets.
- **Settings**: what is configured right now, with the date someone last checked.
- **Decisions & history**: why things are the way they are, and dated records of
what happened. Records under **Log** are never edited: they are what was true
  on that day.

## Languages

Pages are written in English. Most are also available in Thai. A page with no
Thai version shows its English text rather than disappearing, so nothing is ever
hidden by the language switch.

Menu names stay in English everywhere, including in the Thai pages. The cPanel
interface is in English, and translating a menu name would send the reader
looking for something that is not on their screen.
