One subject per folder in the sidebar. A subject is a thing that can break on
its own and be fixed on its own: mail, the network, the workstations, a server.

## Adding a subject

Create a folder, give it a `meta.json` with a title and a Lucide icon, and put an
`index.mdx` in it saying what it covers and who to call. Nothing else is required
an empty subject with a clear owner is more useful than a full one with none.
