Hi Narin, Thank you for the answers on the spec document, and thanks to Roma for the working week. Both unblocked real work today. Four things left. Each one changes how we build, so I would rather ask now than rebuild later. You can answer them in any order, and 1 and 2 are the ones holding us up. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ *1. Does any work continue on a holiday?* Right now the system stops everything on a holiday day. Every task moves to the next working day. If your night guard still does his round on New Year's Day, that work disappears from the system on exactly the day it matters most. 👉 *A)* Nobody works. Everything stops. (This is what we built.) 👉 *B)* Some jobs continue. If so, I need the list. _Roma already answered the week: Monday to Saturday, every week, Sunday is overtime. All 193 people are set that way now. This is the other half of the question._ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ *2. When somebody does not do a task, what should happen to it?* You said you would think about this one. Here is what the system does today, so you can decide by looking at it rather than in the abstract: The task is marked *Missed*. Nothing is deleted. It *stays on the person's list* until it is done, so a check missed on Tuesday is still there on Thursday. Right now that means **57 missed tasks are sitting in the system**, and one person has the same daily check missed seven days running. 👉 *A)* Keep it. Work owed is work owed, and the list is honest. 👉 *B)* After some days, stop showing it. It stays in the reports but leaves the person's screen. _If B, tell me after how many days._ _Why it matters: a person who falls behind sees a long list every morning. That is honest and it is also discouraging, and there is no way today to say "these are written off, start clean"._ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ *3. The 2026 holiday calendar* Thank you for the file. We loaded the 8 Buddhist days and checked every date against the weekday your file states. All 14 agree. Two things are still missing: 👉 The *government holidays*: Chakri Day, Coronation Day, the King's and Queen's birthdays, Chulalongkorn Day, Constitution Day, New Year. 👉 *2 of the 8 days fall on a Sunday.* Thailand usually adds a replacement day in the week, and I do not want to guess which. _Plus any extra days the factory closes on its own._ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ *4. Positions and people* Two questions, both about the same thing: 👉 *a)* Can two or more people hold the same position at the same time? For example 10 operators on the same line doing the same job. 👉 *b)* When somebody leaves, does the position stay in the system with its job description and its tasks, waiting for the next person? Or do you delete it? _Why I ask: your file has 193 people and 193 positions, exactly one each, so the data cannot tell me which way you work._ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ *Already answered, so I am not asking again:* ✅ How people get their password. HR gives it by hand, and re-creates it when somebody loses theirs. The screen for that is built. ✅ The working week. Monday to Saturday, every week, Sunday is overtime, no shift rotation. ✅ Who can see the positions list. Admin. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ One more, and it is bigger than the others, so it can wait until we speak: *When somebody finishes a task, what do they hand in?* Today the checker sees only "marked finished", with nothing to check. A note in their own words? A number, like a count or a temperature? A photo? A link to a report? That decides what the worker's screen asks for and what the checker sees before approving. Thanks 🙏
