# Introduction

Welcome to the **SEO Insight** documentation. SEO Insight is one platform for
the whole SEO workflow: a multi-source keyword reservoir, backlink curation, a
content pipeline, and a built-in **MCP server** so your AI agents can read and
act on your SEO data directly.

These guides walk you through connecting your data sources, authenticating with
the API, and plugging Claude, GPT and other agents into your workspace.

## Why SEO Insight

Most teams juggle five SaaS tools that don't talk to each other: data gets
overwritten, reporting is fragmented, and none of it is reachable by your AI
agents. SEO Insight keeps every metric with its source and update date, and
exposes a single, consistent API across keywords, backlinks and content.

- **Multi-source reservoir**: volume, KD, CPC, 12-month trends and intent,
with Google Search Console quick-wins built in.
- **Backlinks**: curated sources, inbound profile, DA and dofollow, importable
  per provider.
- **Content pipeline**: a Kanban from idea to published article, with briefs
  per country.
- **Agents-ready**: an MCP server lets agents query your reservoir and generate
  briefs without copy-pasting between tools.

## How the docs are organised

The **Guides** section gets you from zero to your first authenticated request
and your first agent session. **Core concepts** then covers each domain
(keywords, backlinks, content and webhooks) in depth.
